Who reads your work
Your draft is read by someone whose own work in that component scored in the top band, in your subject. Your tutor scored a 7 in the subject they teach. This page is the record behind both.
The grades behind it
Vytis Daukševičius
- International Baccalaureate 43 out of 45. The global average is 30.6
- Chemistry, Higher Level 7
- Biology, Higher Level 7
- Economics, Higher Level 7
- UK Intermediate Biology Olympiad Gold
The IB global average is from the May 2025 session, in which 202,103 candidates sat the diploma. The university offers from the same year are on the admissions About page.
Who teaches what
Chemistry, Biology and Economics at Higher Level are taught by the person above. The other subjects on the tutoring page are taught by a small team of former IB students who are continuing those subjects at university, each with a 7 in the subject they teach.
Recency does the same work here as on the admissions side. A tutor who sat the current syllabus teaches the paper you are about to sit, and one still reading the subject at university is inside the material every week.
Who reads your coursework
The same rule, applied to a component instead of a subject: your work is read by someone whose own scored in the top band. An Internal Assessment by someone whose IA did, a TOK essay by someone whose TOK essay did, an Extended Essay by someone whose EE did, in your subject. An IA criterion means something different in Biology than in Economics, and your reader knows which.
Every report is signed by the person who wrote it. They answer your follow-up questions themselves, by email, with no queue between you and them. Ask who would be reading or teaching before you pay, and you will be told.
Where to start
